We love your well behaved dogs and have a small fenced yard for them. We DO NOT allow CATS at all, we are very allergic!

Rates:
Summer : $180.00/night with the 7th night free. Monthly rentals are negotiable. Summer season start and end dates are May 15th through October 15th. Two-night minimum rental.

Off-season rates: $150.00/night with the 7th night free. Monthly rentals are negotiable. Off season dates are October 16th through May 14th. Two-night minimum.

We charge a 200.00 security/cleaning fee, due prior to rental. 160.00 is refunded after check out and clean up is completed.
