Dogs are welcome, with a deposit of $200. This deposit is refunded up to $175 if no damage occurs.
Cats are absolutely NOT allowed.

Rates:
Summer and holiday rates (one week each side of holiday): $180.00/night with the 7th night free. Monthly rentals are negotiable. Summer season start and end dates are May 15th through October 15th. Two-night minimum rental.
